I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) based in Southern California (Manhattan Beach and Westlake Village), offering in-person and virtual therapy services throughout California.
As a proud LA and Ventura County girl, I graduated Cum Laude from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) and from the American Film conservatory (AFI) to pursue my initial interest marketing and entertainment.
After years in the industry, I couldn’t help but notice the calling towards being of service. I decided to make a career change and attend Pepperdine University to pursue my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I approach therapy from a highly integrative lens. No two humans are the same, why would therapy be the same for every person? Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, curious, relaxed, and real (with a little retro flair and laid-back California energy). I work to get you (or your teen back on track) in a way that makes sense for you/them. In-session, there’s room for hard things, humor, creativity, & celebrating what’s going right while working on the challenging parts.
I'm a firm believer that in order to properly support and help our mental health, we need to be able to properly identify it (name it to tame it). However, sometimes that's not enough, we need a little more. That's where the additional therapeutic interetions come in. My work integrates psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) mindfulness, attachment theory and more to help my clients build a more complete emotional toolbox.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT helps you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with healthier coping skills. Great for anxiety, depression and Teens!
Assessing the roots of the problem from conscious to subconscious. Here is where we dive deep and see what's going on under the hood. Once we've connected the dots, we can use other approaches to now solve the problem.
Where it all began-how we learned to attach to people in our formative years informs everything about the relationships we have now. This includes friendships, working relationships, romantic and famlial relationships.
The Lamborghini of couple's therapy. Gottman has transformed many couples' lives and communication styles for better overall relationship experiences. It's also not just for couples but can be applied to families!
Dialectical Behavior Therapy. DBT helps you manage intense emotions, navigate relationships, and build practical coping skills to face life’s challenges with greater balance and confidence. Good for everyone but especially our Neurospicy, pre-teen/teeny-bops.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me chasing one adventure or another. I love competitive ballroom dancing, archery, horseback riding, most things involving sports or cars, cooking, and just about any creative project I can get my hands on. I’m equally happy spending an evening at Movies in the Park, at a rock concert, soaking up the sun at the beach in the summer, or searching Los Angeles for anything that remotely resembles a winter wonderland once the weather cools down.
Giving back to my community is something that’s deeply important to me, and I love finding opportunities to volunteer my time and skills for causes close to my heart. When life slows down a bit, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book, watching something from my carefully curated watchlist, or spending quality time with the people I love most. My community is one of the greatest gifts in my life, and I feel incredibly grateful for the family and friends who keep me grounded.
As a proud, mixed-race Angeleno, I grew up surrounded by an incredible variety of cultures and cuisines, which means I’m always excited to try new foods. I also have yet to meet a cup of tea, a taco, or a shade of red lipstick I didn’t like… and I’m not convinced I ever will.
